		<description><![CDATA[A primeira coisa a se a fazer antes de criar um novo projeto é considerar o formato com que vai trabalhar. Qual a área? O Formato? Vertical, Horizontal ou inclinado?  Afinal o modo como o espaço é ocupado influencia  diretamente o conteúdo.  Por exemplo: se o espaço for  ocupado por inteiro, trará a impressão de opressão,  caso contrario, poderá sugerir liberdade e leveza. Na minha opinião a maior ( e também menos divulgada) novidade em relação a acesso a internet no Brasil é o sistema PLC (Powerline Communications) que a Copel (empresa que distribui energia elétrica no estado do Paraná  pretende implantar já em 2010.
